ZYS series motor is special designed for compressor, frame sizes 80-400, insulation Class F with temperature rise is Class B,The temperature rise under the general service factor is assessed at Class F level. While under service factor SF 1.15 and SF 1.2. Special bearing configuration is adopted to ensure the bearing long term normal operation.For that the cable of the motor is directly connected to the electric control box of the compressor, the extended leads can be made for customers when specified, and the cable protection sleeve is adopted. The size of the sleeve refer to the junction box section. This series of motors has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, stable performance, and is suitable for long-term continuous operation.
The client can specify for special requirements, such as 420V,220/380V, Frequency 60Hz, Double shaft ends, tropical climate operation, Class H insulation etc.
